Count Cashtacular Slots
I have numerous favorite vampires named count. For one, the Sesame Street vampire might be my legitimate favorite. However, after playing this game, I'd say Count Cashtacular is giving the Sesame Street vampire a run for his movie! Obviously, Count Cashtacular is a playful parody on everyone's favorite undead hottie, Count Dracula. Count Dracula was actually based on the real-life Romanian emperor, the notorious blood and violent Vlad the Impaler. The origins of vampires lie in the dark, and dismal lands of Romania, and somehow we continue to be fascinated and intrigued by all things dark, gothic and sexy. Count Cashtacular is a game with dark origins but puts a light and playful twist on it.
Theme
Let me set the scene for you now. The game grid is placed against Transylvania, and in the distance, up a long and winding road rests Count Cashtacular's castle. You'll have to pass through the heavy iron gate first and walk up the foggy and unforgiving path to the intimidating castle. It's a dark night, and a full moon hangs ahead. There are spiked fences, lanterns, and bats. A spooky soundtrack accompanies you as you play this game. The wild symbol is Count Casthcular himself, and the scatter symbol is a coat of arms from inside his castle. Other symbols within the game grid include vampire teeth, a coffin filled to the brim with cash, a glass of blood, and a zombie hand emerging from a grave. My favorite symbols are the vampire bride, the cute spider, and the vampire assistant character. Every symbol on this board is satirical and references Brom Stoker's vampire novel accurately. I've rambled on for a while about the visuals - and rightfully so, it's a stunningly designed game. However, let's dive into the actual gameplay itself.
Special Features and Betting Options
The game is played against five reels and three rows. This is how most RealTime Gaming slots are laid out, so fans of this software company should find all of the mechanics pretty familiar. There are twenty-five different pay lines, and the minimum bet per line is 0.25 credits. The maximum amount of credits per spin you can set the game to is 25.00 credits per spin. This is a medium volatility slot, so wins are triggered on a pretty regular basis. The wins won't be the biggest wins - but they aren't small, either. Personally, medium volatility slots are my favorite. Like Goldilocks and the three bears - the number of payout lands just right for me. Some players might prefer high-volatility slots, but I find the payouts aren't suited to my taste.
The Nudging Wild is a special symbol on this game board. This wild symbol will substitute for all other symbols in the game, with the sole exception being the scatter symbol. Given this is a nudging wild, that means it'll knock all other symbols down and take over the entire reel. Another special feature is the Pick Bonus Feature. With this feature, players can choose between free spins with an x3 multiplier attached or re-spins with nudging wilds, but only when the wilds land on reels 1 and 5. If you choose the free spins, you'll receive twelve free spins, and you can retrigger additional free spins during the original free spins round. The re-spins are not awarded unless the Nudging Wilds are locked in place, and players will receive 5 re-spins.
